DELIVERY
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of being received and are delivered within 5-7 business days. After placing your order online you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. You will also receive another e-mail with a delivery confirmation number on the day of shipping. This will allow you to track your package online with dhl. We never shipped by ordinary Post office due to unreliability of mail system or to cut shipping cost.
DELAY IN SHIPPING
We cannot anticipate delays due to custom clearance. Such delays will only be notified if shipment is delayed for over couple of weeks.
CUSTOMS
If in case the shipment is stuck or hold in customs and incorrect or defective merchandise is received. We will re-ship the package with priority including all the necessary documentation.
GUARANTEE
We are so confident you will be satisfied with our product that we back them up with 100% guarantee.
If in case you don't get satisfied in the first attempt (30 days), we will return your money.
REFUNDS
Within 30 day period. If you are dissatisfied in any way with your results, simply send an e-mail at info@GoVitiligo.com with your purchase order confirmation number and stating that you wish for a full refund. All purchases made by credit card will be returned to the original credit card holder without any deductions.
